The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2026\/07\/16\/oled-ipad-mini-by-october-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"c-regularLink\">new OLED panel <\/a>would give the iPad mini deeper blacks, higher contrast, better HDR performance, and, potentially, improved battery efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/big-guessing-game-apple-edition-round-2\/\">What&#8217;s new with iPhone 18 Pro Max? The current iPad mini features the A17 Pro, which also supports Apple&#8217;s AI platform and features, but the upgrade to the A19 Pro would deliver faster performance with stronger processing power.
