after uncovering unauthorized network activity on its IT systems on June 5.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The incident has caused, and is expected to continue to cause, temporary disruptions to the Company&#8217;s business operations,&#8221; Spencer stores<\/a> in the UK, leaving some shelves bare and others with limited supplies.
