It\u2019s one of the many reasons I\u2019ve enjoyed the partnership between Trend Micro and the NEOM McLaren Formula E Team\u2014two organizations with a passion for success. Recently, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, to talk a bit about competition. More importantly, we had the opportunity to explore the concept of success against the backdrop of our two very distinct, yet highly successful organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Zak and I are both focused on achieving results, as success is a top priority to us and to our organizations. It was interesting to see what this means to each of us\u2014how we define success and aspects are crucial in our journey to achieve it.<\/p>\n<p>Our conversation quickly transitioned from our notion of personal achievements into a discussion of organizational accomplishments.
