From Musk\u2019s tweet, I suppose we can assume that Neuralink not only found a suitable candidate but successfully implanted them with the company\u2019s brain chip.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sc-17kx9cd-5 kDVAgq js_ad-mobile-dynamic js_ad-dynamic ad-mobile-dynamic\">\n<div class=\"sc-17kx9cd-4 bNalPz ad-unit ad-mobile\">\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"sc-77igqf-0 fnnahv\">To integrate Neuralink\u2019s chip, a human surgeon is tasked with cutting a small hole into the patient\u2019s skull, after which a 7-foot-tall robot named \u201cR1&#8243; is responsible for carrying out the \u201cultra delicate\u201d procedure of suturing the electrified wires of the company\u2019s implant directly into the person\u2019s brain. Neuralink has said that it initially wants to focus on providing solutions for individuals with mental and physical maladies, and that it intends to initially carry out procedures on quadriplegics. Some experts contend that the technology could have benefits for people suffering from disabilities.
