KIRKLAND, Wash., and SAN FRANCISCO, June 22, 2022<\/strong> \u2013 Tanium<\/a>, the industry\u2019s only provider of converged endpoint management (XEM)<\/a>, and ScreenMeet<\/a>, the only cloud-native, remote support solution that\u2019s fully integrated with leading ITSM service providers, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver one-click ScreenMeet sessions from the Tanium platform.<\/p>\n

Tanium will resell ScreenMeet\u2019s software as an add-on capability to the robust Tanium XEM platform<\/a>, offering 99 percent cloud reliability and a seamless remote-desktop experience that doesn\u2019t require toggling between multiple solutions. Tanium architecture makes ScreenMeet software available on demand from every endpoint.<\/p>\n

The integrated solution will offer customers attended (user-approved) and unattended (no user present) remote desktop capabilities. Many vendors require additional centralized infrastructure for unattended remote desktop capabilities, but the Tanium + ScreenMeet partnership enables unattended capabilities that do not need additional technology investments to work.<\/p>\n
