The company was founded in 2007 and has raised $164 million in funding. Under the terms of the acquisition, Ivanti bought all outstanding shares of MobileIron common stock for a total value of about $872 million.<\/p>\n<p>Pulse Secure, founded in 2014, provides secure remote access tools, endpoint management technology, zero-trust authentication, network visibility, and Internet of Things security. The company was acquired from affiliates of Siris Capital Group, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ivanti plans to use these technologies to help businesses proactively self-secure and self-service devices in an environment where employees, IT infrastructure, and customers are all remote.
