Eight U.S. cities recently had payment card data stolen via point-of-sale skimming malware on their Click2Gov online payment platforms, according to Trend Micro. Five of those cities had already been victims of similar Magecart-style attacks in recent years.<\/em> This new round of attacks targeted payment card information, along with the card owner\u2019s name and address.<\/em><\/p>\n

Microsoft Issues Two Emergency Security Updates Impacting Windows 10 and Windows Server<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This week, Microsoft issued emergency security updates for two vulnerabilities that could allow attackers to run remote code execution against victims. One of the flaws, CVE-2020-1425, would allow attackers to gather information from victims about further compromising their targets.
